Family-Approved Beauty and Home Comfort Finds: Bubble Purifying Facial Mask & Arm & Hammer Dehumidifier

Finding the perfect balance of self-care and home comfort can feel like a juggling act, especially with little ones around. Today, I want to share two family-friendly Amazon finds that have truly made a difference for us: the Cake Beauty Bubble Purifying Facial Mask and the Arm & Hammer Fragrance Free Disposable Dehumidifier. Both products have become small but significant parts of our cozy home life with Emma and Liam.

Cake Beauty Bubble Purifying Facial Mask: A Gentle Escape for Busy Moms

After a whirlwind morning of breakfast chaos and preschool preparations, I cherish moments of calm in the bathroom while the Cake Beauty Bubble Purifying Facial Mask works its magic. The moment I apply the mask, a gentle fizzing sensation begins, softly bubbling against my skin—a playful and soothing contrast to the usual hurried pace of a mom’s day.

The mask’s light foam lifts impurities effortlessly, and its subtle scent is refreshing without being overwhelming—perfect for those early afternoons when Liam naps and I sneak in some quick self-care. I’ve noticed my skin feels surprisingly refreshed and smooth, even with the demands of chasing after two energetic kids.

Emma once asked if the bubbles were like magic bubbles from her storybooks, and that little moment made the mask feel even more special—something that connects my self-care with our family’s joyful vibe.

Arm & Hammer Fragrance Free Disposable Dehumidifier: Quiet Comfort in Our Family Spaces

Living in a humid climate means that our basement playroom can get damp, which isn’t ideal for keeping Emma and Liam’s toys and books in perfect shape. The Arm & Hammer Fragrance Free Disposable Dehumidifier has been a blessing in maintaining a fresh, dry environment without any overpowering scents.

Its silent operation fits right into the background of our family soundtrack—the low hum of Emma’s storytelling, the occasional giggles from Liam exploring new blocks, and the soft rustling of pages turning. The no-fragrance feature is a relief for sensitive noses in our home, keeping the air fresh but gentle.

The convenience of a disposable design means no messy refills or maintenance, perfect for a busy household where every minute counts. I pop one in the corner of the play area, and it quietly pulls moisture throughout the day. It’s a simple step that brings me peace knowing the playroom remains cozy and mold-free.

  • Place the dehumidifier in a low-traffic corner of the playroom.

The company behind the Bally’s brand began in the 1930s and has since split up, but the name is carried on by the casino operator and the slot machine maker Bally’s Technology. Mr Kim says the situation needs “tender loving care” rather than cold hard cash, although the offer does include $250 million in return for a controlling stake in the company. “We’ve had a very brief conversation with their banker, but we have
not heard anything from the company since we’ve made our offer,” Mr Kim confirmed. Bally’s had first spoken to bankers about Star Entertainment over a year ago, the company’s chair said.
Star has struggled to stay afloat for months, and had $234 million in cash at the start of the month. Queensland premier David Crisafulli said his interests were “not in Star, not in the people who sit around the corporate boardrooms, my interests are in the working people who are there in that facility”.
Star was reported to be considering a $650 million debt refinancing offer
